Thoughts on how to structure a "Growth Team" / organization in 2025? Probably sitting between Product, Marketing & Commercial, what would a good set-up look like? Maybe small, medium, large versions? Virtual teams ("task-forces" that use people from other teams) versus permanent growth team members? Where does AI come in? Does that enable a lot of growth activities / scaling strategies with a lot less people?
